Every meeting, remembered.

Kesami records from your Mac — no bot joins the call — then writes the transcript, the decisions and the follow-ups, and answers questions about any of it later.

How it works

From the first hello to the follow-up.

  1. 01

It starts with the meeting, not an invite.

Press record, or click the notification Kesami shows when a call opens your microphone. Your mic becomes You, the call’s audio becomes everyone else, and the transcript writes itself while you talk.

    • Mic → You
    • Call audio → Speaker 1, 2, 3
    • Rename once, every line follows
  2. 02

When the call ends, Kesami writes the brief.

A summary you can actually read, the decisions that were made, every action item with its owner and deadline, and a follow-up email ready to send. Each item links back to the moment it came from.

    • Summary · Decisions · Actions · Email
    • Markdown, PDF, Slack or plain text
  3. 03

    Next week, just ask.

Ask about one meeting, a folder of them, or everything you’ve recorded. Answers come from what was actually said, with the time it was said, so you can check them in a click.

    • Grounded in the transcript
    • One meeting or all of them

Clean audio

The room is noisy. The notes aren’t.

Kesami cleans your microphone before anything listens to it, and drops the meeting audio that leaks back in through your speakers. A sentence lands once, under the right name.

What the mic heard
  1. ~ steady fan hum ~Noise · filtered
  2. YouIf the pricing page is done by Thursday, yes.
  3. YouThen the 14th it is.Echo of Kabir · dropped

What Kesami wrote

  2. 14:21KabirThen the 14th it is.
32 ms
frames for the noise filter, which tracks the room’s noise floor band by band so steady hum falls below the speech threshold.
600 ms
of speaker-to-mic delay searched by the echo check, against the last 12 seconds of what the meeting played.
10 s
window in which a mic turn that repeats the meeting’s words is dropped as text, too.

Ask AI

Ask last Tuesday anything.

AI writes each answer from what was actually said. AI can get things wrong, so every claim carries the time it came from: tap or hover a time to see the line.

When are we launching?

On the 14th. Kabir confirmed it once Aditi committed to the pricing copy by Wednesday.

Privacy

Your meetings are files, not a feed.

  1. 01

    No bot, no invite.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does a bot join my meetings?

No. Kesami records on your Mac: your microphone for you, the system audio for everyone else. Nobody on the call gets an invite, a join request or a bot in the participant list.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

Anything that plays sound on your Mac — Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, even a recorded video. Kesami numbers the voices it hears; rename a speaker once and every line follows, with the calendar invite’s attendees suggested as names.

Which Macs are supported?

Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later) on macOS 13 Ventura or newer. There is no Intel or Windows build yet.

macOS says it “could not verify” Kesami.

Kesami isn’t notarized by Apple yet, so macOS asks once. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, find the message about Kesami and click Open Anyway. Updates aren’t automatic for now: download new versions from the releases page.

Where are my recordings and notes?

On your Mac, in Documents › Kesami Meetings — one folder per meeting, with the transcript and summary as Markdown and the details as JSON. While you record, audio streams to Kesami’s relay for live transcription; meeting text is sent to the AI only when you make a summary or ask a question.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a Google sign-in. Your free hours and your Pro plan are attached to it, and it lets Kesami transcribe and summarise through its own relay instead of asking you for API keys.

Be in the meeting, not in your notes.
